you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Studio Services
Green Fox Tattoo provides custom tattooing services by appointment. By booking with us, you
agree to our studio policies, including consultation, design, deposits, and aftercare.
2. Appointment Booking & Deposits
– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
– Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
– If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
– Significant design changes or requesting a new concept may require an additional deposit.
3. Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID. No exceptions.
4. Medical Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions that may affect the tattooing process or
healing, including but not limited to:
– Blood disorders, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions, or compromised immune systems
– Allergies (especially to latex, antiseptics, or pigments)
– Pregnancy or nursingFailure to disclose relevant health information releases Green Fox Tattoo from liability.
5. No Refund Policy
Tattoo services are non-refundable. This includes:
– Completed tattoos
– Deposits
– Missed appointments or late arrivals beyond the grace period
6. Intellectual Property & Artwork
– All designs created by our artists are the intellectual property of Green Fox Tattoo.
– Designs are not to be copied, reused, or tattooed elsewhere without written permission.
– Reference images are welcome, but your final tattoo will be a customized interpretation.
7. Studio Etiquette
To ensure a respectful and safe environment, we ask that clients:
– Arrive on time and sober
– Limit guests (one max, unless previously approved)
– Treat our artists and staff with respect
– Refrain from filming or photographing sessions without permission
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
8. Website Use
By using greenfoxtattoo.com, you agree not to:
– Use the site for unlawful or harmful activities
– Reproduce or redistribute any content or images without permission

– Improper aftercare
